ALL OF OUR TRUCKS AND DELIVERY CREW HAVE INCORPORATED CAMERAS THAT ARE BEING RECORDED AND MONITORED FOR SECURITY AND QUALITY PURPOSES TO PROVIDE YOU WITH OUR BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
$50 Dollar Deposit is required on each rental. That deposit is besides the rental price and it is totally refundable when we pick up the goods as long as all the items you've rented are not dirty with any type of food, cake, candy, soda, juice, markers, mud, silly string, confetti, water (if it's a dry inflatable) staples or glue on tables and chairs or any other stains like pet accidents or fire wood ashes. This also implies if the tables and chairs are set up and not stacked up how the delivery crew left the rented items unless you have paid an installation service fee for the tables and chairs, this does not mean that you have to fold the inflatable you've rented, Our Job is to install and secure each inflatable with stakes or sand bags depending on the surface it is put on and to fold the inflatable at the time of pick up. If you have paid a deposit to reserve a rental and decide to cancel one (1) day prior your event, the deposit is NOT refundable. An Adult over 18 with a Valid I.D. has to be present on the day of the delivery, No Exceptions. If no one is present at the location it was provided, the delivery crew can wait up to 5 minutes maximum for someone to show up, after that they will leave the area and there will be an extra charge if they go back later that day. Said Crew Reserves The Right And has The Authority To Refuse Or To Cancel any Rental at the Spot if there's a situation with the client.
