WARRANTY AND CANCELLATION POLICY
INFLATABLES:
1 Year Warranty on inflatables with Extended warranty option paying $100 per every year you'd like to extend, you have option to extend up to 7 years After your purchase you have 30 days to extend that warranty. NO warranty on Zippers, Weldings, Straps, Window tears, Colors and Aquarium Designs WEARING OFF, Wear and Tear of normal USE OR IMPROPER USE is NOT consider Manufacture Defect. Air Blowers or any type of accessories are consider Non-Manufactured Products by Andy's Fiestas, for that reason Air Blowers and accessories do not have warranty, For any questions on Air Blowers Please refer to the Blower user Manual which is included inside the Air Blower box. Andy's Fiestas disclaims any responsibilities for modifications or repairs from another shop. If that is the case The unit Looses the warranty.
CHAIRS & TABLES:
12 Years Of Warranty on Tables and Chairs ONLY on Manufacture Defect WITH YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT. Warranty DOES NOT Cover broken plastic, Legs Folded or bent by standing or jumping on the chair/table or damages done on the event. It also does not cover normal wear and tear caused by a Normal use of Said product. To replace a broken product be subject for paying Normal price of each product. All Damages done at the Event has to be charged to the person responsible.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
No Refund only Exchange for same items on Products that are Manufacture Defect
If The Product was damaged in Transit
The Client has the obligation to take pictures and videos in the Transport Establishment and ask the transport department for a Claim Report And report to us immediately So that we can process an Exchange if qualify.
CANCELLATION FEES:
IF ANDY'S FIESTAS CONSIDERS ANY TYPE OF CANCELLATION, There is a 10% Cancellation Fee over the total amount if Client request to cancel the order. The client may see the partial refund to the original method within 7-15 business days
After the order cancellation is process.
EXCHANGES:
Andys Fiestas DOES NOT exchange products just because the client doesn't like the product anymore, but IF Andys Fiestas CONSIDERS ANY TYPE OF EXCHANGE there WILL BE a RESTOCKING FEE and it WILL NOT apply any Discount Price or Monthly Specials that we might have posted. The product that the client wants to exchange HAS TO BE IN THE ORIGINAL BOX OR PACKING AND NOT OPENED, OR IN THE CASE OF AN INFLATABLE IT HAS TO BE FOLDED THE SAME WAY AS HOW IT LEFT FROM OUR FACILITY, THE EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF IT IS USED, OPEN, SCRATCHED, WET, OR STAINED OR ALTERED PIECES.
Layaway System:
Our Layaway system is free ONLY for 30 days, we can consider an extension of more days if the client has communication with us asking for more time. If the client has no communication and simply doesn't pay the balance within the time agreed there's a fee that will be charged and may result in the Cancellation of the order. If the client later wants to continue paying the order a fee will be charged to open the order back again.
NOTE: WITHOUT YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT YOU CAN NOT CLAIM ANY TYPE OF WARRANTY.
